Precise Aerospace Manufacturing now provides a highly capable build-to-print service.  This has been a game changing addition for our customers.  Our relentless pursuit of operational perfection combined with an outstanding training program allow us to assemble products made from machined or molded parts at a fraction of the cost of our customers.  We welcome any potential customer to visit our facility and witness best-in-class assembly  at Precise.

Precise maintains an extremely clean and efficient operation for our assembly technicians.  Our training program is thorough and our documentation and traceability meet the standards of our most demanding Aerospace customers.

Capabilities - Machining

Precise Aerospace Manufacturing has a fully equipped machining center .  Capabilities include CNC Turning and Milling.  We are investing in our machining center and are capabilities are ever growing.  Please contact us with any specific questions regarding our machining capabilities.

We have CNC machines from OKK (5) Axis, YAMA SEIKI, MIYANO,  FADAL & HAAS.  We also have traditional Bridgeport  manual machines.  We can machine Steels, Aluminums, and Plastics of varying grades.

Capabilities - Molding

Since 1965, Precise has been a leader in low volume, highly engineered molding for the Aerospace industry.  Capabilities include Injection, Transfer, and Compression Molding.  Our Experienced team is capable of tool design and manufacturing.  Our specialty lies with close tolerance parts and Engineering grade plastics.  We also have the capability to perform secondary machining operations on molded plastic and metals.  Please see our Machining page for more info.  Our customers depend on Precise during the development process for Engineering expertise in tool design and material selection.
